Mid Atlantic Chapter Project 4


Volunteers for this project helped to install a new Regal furnace.	The new ramp helps this OHC recipient maneuver his wheelchair in and out of his home.	When you take out gas and replace it with oil, a tank is required!

There are those who do for others before anything else and rarely will they ask for help. From what we understand, such is the case with a customer of Ferrell Fuel, Aberdeen MD. May 2009, Dave Lynch Ferrell Fuel spearheaded this project.

This particular project also demonstrates the fact that an oilheat technician needs to know more than simply how to do tune-ups and installations. They actually built a ramp for this gentleman so that he could maneuver his wheelchair in and out of his home. The operations manager for Ferrell also was instrumental in getting the roof on his home replaced.
