Foley Oil Company, a heating oil company located in Laconia, NH and Oil Heat Cares (OHC), recently helped Jeffrey Matthew be warmer this winter. A special thanks to the Foley service technicians Roger Watts, Wai-man Leung and Brian.

The Matthew family bought the house from a bank as is. They soon learned that the previous owner of the house did not take good care of the heating system and it had to be replaced. Mr. Matthew needs weekly kidney dialysis and the family wanted a home that was close to a medical facility.

“A little help at the right time can make a huge difference in people’s lives,” says Judy Garber, NAOHSM’s Executive Administrator and Chairwoman of the Oil Heat Cares Foundation’s Board of Director, “especially when the weather is cold and the heat is off.” In this particular project Foley Oil Company donated all the labor. The heating equipment and parts were supplied by George A. Stevens Company and Redlon & Johnson. The Laconia Fire Department also aided in the cause while T-Bones Restaurant of Laconia supplied food while the project was being completed.
