Ms. Barr sure looks happy with her new Energy Kinetics Boiler thanks to OHC and Shea Fuel Company, Wakefield, MA	A couple of technicians from Shea Fuel install the new boiler.	Out with the old and in with the new. The new heater will certainly save Ms. Barr money on her heating costs and give her peace of mind.

Sometimes it is best to have a potential candidate submit a write-up to OHC telling the committee why they need help. Kevin Shea, Shea Fuel did exactly that. He heard Ms. Barr’s plight but wanted her to put it in words.

Ms. Barr is a single self-employed advertising writer. She is a senior and had recently been informed that her 60-year old furnace needed to be replaced and the asbestos needed to be removed. She was in shock. Ms. Barr has had a series of problems that just didn’t stop.

Ever since a new development went in across the street she’s had drainage problems. Last August a major flood caused problems in her home. She needed to get rid of the black mold. Then spring time came and she found she had a serious pest problem that was causing problems in the walls and roof. She now needs a new roof. After hearing about all of her problems, Kevin thought maybe OHC could shoulder some of the burden for her.
